Racine County Courthouse, Law Enforcement Center close in preparation for protests

RACINE — The Racine County Courthouse and Law Enforcement Center have closed for the day.

The county is expecting a demonstration and potential congestion in the area.

According to Racine County, the buildings closed down at 1 p.m. Monday and all non-essential employees were urged to go home.

As of now, the buildings are expected to reopen with normal hours on Tuesday.
