BARABOO — Baraboo Police are investigating claims that a foreign metal object was found inside an apple in a Kwik Trip on 8th Street in Baraboo.
Kwik Trip employees called police about 2:20 p.m. Monday. A customer found the metal object inside the apple and then gave it to store employees, according to the police report.
Since this happened, all apples inside of that store have been removed.
Baraboo Police are working with the Sauk County Health Department and Kwik Trip Inc. to figure out what happened.
