A person of interest has been arrested after an infant was abandoned on the city’s north side earlier this month.
On July 3, police found a baby boy alone in a car seat unharmed at about 2:30 a.m. about 7 miles north of downtown Milwaukee.
Police identified Tammy Mannas a person of interest later that day, and asked the public's help to find her.
