Part of Wisconsin man's nose bitten off in bar fight

LA CROSSE -- A man lost part of his nose during a weekend bar fight at the Old Style Inn in La Crosse. 

The La Crosse Police Department responded to the bar for a fight involving at least ten people. Jesse Stringer, 29, was one of those involved and had part of his nose bitten off in the altercation. Police later found it underneath a bar stool. 

According to police, Stringer was taken to the hospital but ran before he could be questioned. He was later found, arrested, and taken back for surgery. 

Charges have yet to be filed due to a lack of cooperation in the investigation.
