Wilson's Island, a three-acre private island on Pewaukee Lake, is up for sale.
The island is listed at $890,000 for 1,250 feet of lake frontage for fishing and swimming.
Everything on the island will stay. That includes two cottages, storage shed, generator shed, three piers, as well as lawn equipment and furniture.
“Everything that is currently on the island will stay on the island, including the grill, Adirondack
chairs, riding lawn mower and other lawn equipment, swing, hammock, row boat, cottage furniture
and furnishings to name a few," said listing agent, Rachel Houselander.

A local historian says it's rumored that Wilsons Island was purchased from Native Americans in the mid-1800s in exchange for a jackknife.
