MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police need your help to find a critical missing 17-year-old girl.
Oshay C. Norman was last seen in the 3100 block of 37th St. Thursday. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a white peace sign, blue fitted jeans, black socks, with gold sandals. Police say Oshay was carrying a gold purse with the letter "G" on the side.
Oshay is described as 5'03", 117 lbs, with shoulder-length braids. She is incapable of caring for herself, according to her family, and police describe her as "very vulnerable."
