MILWAUKEE — A 23-year-old is dead after being shot near 90th and Hampton around 10:30 p.m Tuesday.
Milwaukee Police say a 21-year-old was arrested.
Circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
