A National Transportation Safety Board report detailed the moments before last week’s small plane crash in Sheboygan Falls.

About six seconds after takeoff witness video shows something went wrong.
The left wing rocked downward and then upward. The plane climbed about 200 feet before going down, crashing into a dairy farm.
The pilot was killed on impact. Two farm workers were injured.
Investigators are examining the wreckage to figure out what went wrong with the plane. A final report could take a year.
