CALEDONIA, Wis. — A crash closed all lanes on WIS 32 between Tabor Road and Harvest Lane in Racine County Monday morning.
Caledonia police responded to the area around 6:15 a.m. for a two-vehicle crash. A 21-year-old man from Illinois was driving southbound when he crossed the centerline and struck a 20-year-old woman traveling northbound.
The woman had to be extricated from her vehicle and airlifted to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The man was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Police say alcohol appears to be a factor.
Lanes have since reopened.
