Milwaukee Police say they have a suspect in custody for the deadly shooting at 27th and Lisbon last Friday.
Milwaukee Police were called to the BP Gas Station at the intersection at about 2 a.m.
Security footage shows a 47-year-old man get out of a minivan and go into the store. He was shot and killed as he went back to the van.
MPD plans to file charges with the District Attorney's Office. The suspect’s name was not released.
