Funeral services for Milwaukee Police Officer Mark Lentz took place Thursday.
A public funeral started at 2 p.m. at Elmbrook Church, followed by outdoor memorial services such as the presentation of the funeral flag and the end of watch call.
A procession to Heritage Funeral Home then took Officer Lentz to his final resting place.
Officer Lentz served the Milwaukee Police Department for 18 years. He died on Sept. 18 from health-related causes.
