MILWAUKEE -- Five people were injured -- including two pedestrians -- in a Sunday afternoon crash on Milwaukee's north side.
It happened just after 1 p.m. -- near the intersection of W. North Avenue and N. 40th Street.
According to the Milwaukee Fire Department, two cars were involved in the accident. One of those cars flipped during the crash, hit a concrete pole and almost was cut in half. That same car also hit the two pedestrians. Right now, authorities believe speed was a factor in this crash.
The Fire Department says three of the five injuries were considered "serious."
