The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for help in identifying and locating victim involved in an abduction early Monday morning. The abduction occurred in the 1600 block of S 9th Street.
The victim is described as a Hispanic male or female with medium build and possibly curly black hair. The suspect is described as a male, 20-30 years of age with a medium build. He was last seen wearing dark colored clothing.
The suspect's vehicle is described as a dark blue or black, four-door SUV with tinted windows. Witnesses say the vehicle could be a 2003-04 Pontiac Torrent or Nissan-styled SUV.
