MILWAUKEE — A man who fell down an elevator shaft Monday has died, according to the Medical Examiner's Office.

According to reports, the man fell seven stories down the shaft in the 3700 block of West Wisconsin Avenue.
The man was said to be trapped in a forklift.
An autopsy is scheduled Tuesday.
No other information has been released.
