The man arrested after blowing five times the legal limit during a field sobriety test is now facing drunk driving charges and could face a year and a half behind bars, if convicted.
Tom Ellis Dulaney Jr., 41, of Milwaukee was stopped by police on Saturday afternoon on I-94 at Rawson Avenue after reports of a car swerving all over the road, according to a criminal complaint.
Police say Dulaney was slurring his speech and had bloodshot glassy eyes. He told a sheriff’s deputy he was driving to Chicago.
He then blew a 42 on his PBT test (Preliminary Breath Test).
Dulaney is facing his second OWI charge, as well as a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a revoked license.
