MILWAUKEE -- Summer is just a few months away and you don't want to miss out on your chance to get paid while being in the sun.
Milwaukee County Parks is seeking to fill 500 seasonal positions that will work outside in parks, pools, golf courses, beaches and beer gardens.
The exact positions are golf starters, forestry and horticultural staff, concessions staff at pools and golf courses, beer garden staff and nearly 200 lifeguards for all of the pools and beaches.
Guy Smith, Executive Director of Milwaukee County Parks, said "working within the park system helps build skills and experience that you simply can't get anywhere else."
"Our seasonal staff often return year after year, with the opportunity to advance to supervisory and leadership roles."
