MILWAUKEE — Marquette will no longer house anyone coming to Milwaukee for the Democratic National Convention.
In late July, the university said that roughly one-third of its dorms would be used for DNC related guests. However, on Aug. 10 Marquette said that anyone who was planning to stay on its campus had canceled their reservation.
This comes after last week's announcement that Joe Biden would not be traveling to Milwaukee to accept his nomination as the Democratic nominee for president.
