Milwaukee Police have taken a 48-year-old man into custody for the shooting death of Jasmine Banks.
Brian Clark was arrested on Thursday.
Police say they are still searching for a second suspect in the case. The person they are looking for is 25-year-old Romance Gunn. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Jasmine Banks, 23, was caught in the crossfire between two other people when she was killed on Sept. 19 near 5th and Center. She was driving with her 6-month-old son in the car at the time of the shooting.
