A man has been charged in relation to a sexual assault at a Cousin's Subs shop in Waukesha.
The Waukesha County District Attorney's Office charged 23-year-old Jordan Flamand for the sexual assault of a 16-year-old.
Flamand is charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Child Enticement and two counts of Sexual Intercourse with a Child for taking part in sexual acts with a 16-year-old employee at a Cousins Subs where he was a manager.
According to a criminal complaint, on Feb. 1 the 16-year-old was dropped off for work at Cousins Subs on Pearl St. by her parents. When they came to pick her up, they allegedly found her engaging in sexual intercourse with Flamand.
The victim reportedly said this was not the first time Flamand had made sexual advances to her, adding she was not comfortable with the situation.
If convicted, Flamand faces a maximum penalty of 66 years behind bars and more than $220,000 in fines.
