MILWAUKEE — Terron Clayborn, the man accused of killing DPW employee Bryan Rodriguez on Feb. 8, pleaded not guilty Thursday.
Clayborn, 30, has been charged with a count of hit and run resulting in death as well as operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was on the run from police for nearly two weeks before he was arrested.
Rodriguez was filling potholes near 17th and Vine when he was killed.
Clayborn's bond is $25,000, and he is due back in court at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Clayborn is facing a maximum penalty of 31 years behind bars if convicted of the deadly hit-and-run.
