MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A 31-year-old man suspected of stalking was arrested after Madison police say he rammed his car into the alleged victim's car several times.

The 35-year-old woman called police Friday night to report the suspect was following her while driving on Gammon Road.
Police say when authorities pulled behind the man's car, he accelerated and rammed the woman's car several times before police could pull in front of his car.

Sgt. Galen Wiering tells the Wisconsin State Journal the man was taken into custody. He faces tentative charges of recklessly endangering safety, eluding, stalking and a parole violation.
