Local McDonald's to offer new way to order food

Posted

MILWAUKEE -- Beginning Tuesday the McDonald’s restaurant located near Teutonia and Good Hope Road will allow guests to order their food through new digital self-order kiosks.

According to the McDonald's news release, these changes are a part of a new restaurant model that has been successfully implemented in more than 2,600 international McDonald's restaurants.

The idea is to put the control in the hands of the guests by evolving how they order, what they order, how they pay and how they are served.

Local McDonald's owner Robert Pyles said “We’re excited to share this evolved experience at McDonald’s with our customers. We appreciate and value our guests’ feedback on this new experience, and we’re looking forward to offering them a new way to dine at McDonald’s."
