SLINGER — Little Switzerland in Slinger will be opening for the season on Saturday, Nov. 9: their earliest opening yet!

While live on-air with Storm Team 4 meteorologist Jessie Ritka, Rick Schmitz at Little Switzerland announced that they will be opening for the season this Saturday.

The ski resort in Slinger has been creating their own snow on top of what Mother Nature has given us and now they're ready to open their doors. Skiers and snowboarders alike will be able to take to the slopes this weekend for some winter fun, even though it may still be fall.

Little Switzerland offers 18 runs from easy to black diamond along with 3 terrain parks: small, medium, and large. The resort does not allow sledding or tubing.

According to Schmitz, this is the earliest Little Switzerland has opened in its entire history. They will be open starting at 10:00 a.m. and will run until 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
