BROOKFIELD — Le Macaron will open its first location in Wisconsin at the Corners of Brookfield in spring of 2020, the pastry shop announced Friday.
The French patisserie, which was started in Florida in 2009, creates the sweet and colorful meringue-based desserts that were made popular in France. The delicate packaging paired with the deliciousness brings customers right back to the streets of Paris.
Along with featuring 20 different flavors of macarons, the shop will offer french pastries, European-style coffees, gourmet chocolates and gelato.
Le Macaron has stores over 60 stores all over the country, but this will be the state's first.
"We are excited to open our first Wisconsin location at The Corners of Brookfield," said Malory Guyony, owner of Le Macaron. "Our pastry shop will bring a European oasis to the area and we can’t wait to serve our new community members next year."
