There was a large police presence at Potawatomi Casino and Hotel in Milwaukee.
Leaders with the casino say they were escorting a group of under-21 individuals off of the property around 3:00 a.m. when they began to fight each other on Valet Drive. Potawatomi security called 911 and the Milwaukee Police Department responded. Milwaukee police add that one of the suspects tried to hit an employee, but missed.
Two 20-year-old women from the group were arrested by police. Police say several other people from the same group then drove up. Officers asked them to get out of the vehicle. The driver instead tried to drive off, hitting an MPD squad car and running over an officer's foot.
Milwaukee police chased the driver down Canal Street before arresting a third 20-year-old woman.
No Potawatomi staff or guests were injured and leaders with the hotel and casino say there was no property damage.
The MPD officer was checked out by Milwaukee Fire Department paramedics and claimed to be fine.
