MILWAUKEE - More than 20 couples said their wedding vows in true Wisconsin fashion and got married in a brewery.

On Valentine's Day, Lakefront Brewery held wedding ceremonies for couples.

Couples specifically chose to get married on this day for different reasons. Some couple's previous venues fell through, others just thought, "Why not?"

Lisa and Cody came to Lakefront Brewery after hearing about last year's Valentine's Day weddings. The couple was planning their spring wedding and decided to get married at their favorite brewery.

Newlywed Lisa's father flew in from Boston to see his daughter's special day.

"I'm here for my daughter, I'm about to cry so don't mind," he said.

By the end of the day, the brewery will have married over 25 couples.

They also held a large vow renewal ceremony, where six couples proclaimed their love.

PJ and Babs Johnston came for the vow renewals.

"We decided it's something to do on a day off and it's a beautiful day outside and why not?" PJ said.
