Kenosha police search for suspect in hit and run leaving one woman dead

The Kenosha Police Department responded to a report of a hit and run involving a pedestrian on Sept. 10, at approximately 6:20 p.m.

The victim was a 27-year-old woman who was severely injured and transported to a local hospital.

The woman later died due to injuries from the accident.

Police are investigating this as a hit and run accident, causing death.

Investigators are asking for assistance from the public.
