KENOSHA — Kenosha Police are investigating a series of threats made to Lincoln Middle School during the last week. The threats were written on the bathroom wall, and the investigation has provided no evidence of a threat to the school, students or community, according to a release.
The threats were reported by school staff on Sept. 29, Oct. 1 and Oct. 4. The handwritten threats stated there was a bomb in the school.
For each incident, the students of the school were temporarily evacuated as police investigated.
Kenosha Police and the Kenosha Unified School District are working together to identify the offender and eliminate further incidents to ensure student and staff safety.
