Kenosha police conduct homicide investigation

KENOSHA — Kenosha police are conducting a homicide investigation after a person died from a gunshot wound Saturday morning.

Police responded to an area in the 3000 block of Roosevelt Road just after 2 a.m. Saturday on reports of shots fired.

When officers arrived, they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital but did not survive.

No one is in custody at this time. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police at 262-605-5203.
