A Kenosha man is being charged with felony bail jumping and criminal damage to property after he allegedly splattered motor oil on the side of his neighbor's house.
Brandon Thomas is accused of putting the black fluid on the siding of his neighbor's house and driveway. According to the complaint, the neighbor believes Thomas is responsible for more damage that has been happening to his residence over the past week.
Thomas also allegedly talked to the neighbor about the damage and was "grinning as he discussed the damage."
Thomas would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for the fact that the neighbor had installed surveillance cameras after the first vandalism occurred. The oil also seems to lead right back to Thomas' home.
Thomas was arrested and faces one count of both felony criminal damage to property and felony bail jumping.
Thomas is a repeat offender for both crimes as he was convicted back in 2016 for misdemeanor offenses of criminal damage to property and two counts of violating a harassment restraining order.
