Kapco concert series returns with popular acts in July

GRAFTON — Live concerts are returning to Grafton with a series of performances beginning July 17.

Kapco’s “Live at the Lot” will feature performances from national headliners like Lee Brice, Phil Vassar, and Blessid Union of Souls. Tickets go on sale Friday, June at noon only at www.liveatthelot.com. Pricing is based per car, starting at around $80 depending on the event.

Social distancing will be expected and a limited number of vehicles will be admitted. People can either sit in their cars or in lawn chairs next to their cars in marked spots. Food and beer delivery will be available.

“Given our social distancing requirements, Kapco’s Live at the Lot provides guests the opportunity to enjoy live music ina safe setting,” Kapco President Jim Kacmarcik said in a release. “Many of our headliners typically play for several thousand guests at each concert. It is truly a privilege to see them in a much smaller setting in Grafton.”

July 18 - 7:30 p.m.- Blessid Union of Souls

July 21 - 6:30 p.m. - The Prince Experience

July 22 - 6:30 p.m. - Bella Cain

July 23 - 6:30 p.m.- Phil Vassar with special guest Matt Wynn

July 24 - 7:30 p.m.- The Docksiders

July 25 - 7:30 p.m. - Beatlemania Now

The concerts take place in Kapco’s parking lot at 1150 Cheyenne Avenue in Grafton. Their previous series in June attracted nearly 3,000 guests and raised over $5,000 for the Hometown Heroes charity.
