A 41-year-old Kansasville man is in custody after fleeing from police Saturday night.

Police say a Kenosha County Sheriff's deputy began pursuing the vehicle near State Highway 32 approaching Highway KR. Stop sticks were deployed when the vehicle refused to stop.

Despite the stop sticks spiking two tires, the driver continued to flee from authorities.

Officers deployed another set of stop sticks near State Highways 32 and 11, this time striking all four tires, but the suspect again failed to stop.
Mount Pleasant Police say at different points throughout the chase the man was driving on the wrong side of the road and even the sidewalk. The driver "intentionally rammed" a squad car near STH 32 and 11.

The vehicle did not come to a halt until a squad car "rammed and pinned" the fleeing vehicle.

The driver was then taken into custody and faces charges of fleeing an officer, hit-and-run, recklessly endangering safety and six counts of bail jumping.

No officers were injured.
