MILWAUKEE — Joe Biden is expected to make a stop in the Milwaukee area, during his visit to Wisconsin on Thursday.

His campaign said that Biden was going to meet with the family of Jacob Blake privately during his stop in Kenosha.

Biden is expected to meet with community members, law enforcement, and business owners Thursday afternoon before traveling to the Milwaukee area.

It is unclear yet what he will be doing in the area.

Thursday will be Biden's first visit to Wisconsin since the start of his presidential campaign.

The visit comes just days after President Donald Trump was in Kenosha to survey damage from recent unrest.

In a statement, Trump Victory Spokesperson Anna Kelly said that Biden's visit was using Kenosha's community as a "political prop."
