Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales apologized in a prepared statement ahead of the release of video of an officer tasing Milwaukee Bucks player Sterling Brown, but would not take questions about the incident.

Morales said the investigation revealed officers acted inappropriately and they have been disciplined. However, Morales did not take say how the officers involved were disciplined.
Police will not pursue criminal charges against Brown.
