LAKE GENEVA — The Ice Castles in Lake Geneva are moving to a different location.

The Ice Castles will be at Geneva National Resort & Club.

The year-over-year room tax revenues in the city jumped 14 percent in January and February. Local hotel managers attributed it directly to the Ice Castles.

The new location at Geneva National Resort is projected to open in early January, weather permitting.

“We are thrilled to bring Ice Castles back to Lake Geneva this winter,” said Ice Castles CEO Ryan Davis. “Our partnership with Geneva National Resort will allow us to create an even bigger castle with more interactive features and magical elements for guests to enjoy.”

Ice Castles is a seasonal entertainment company that creates elaborate castles built entirely from ice each winter in several cities across North America.

Construction on the castle at Geneva National in Lake Geneva should begin in late October or early November, according to a news release.
