MILWAUKEE — A 41-year-old man is dead after being hit by a vehicle at North 60th and West Stark, and a woman is now in custody, Milwaukee police say.
MPD said in a statement the homicide happened around 5:45 a.m. on Thursday. The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
Police took a 23-year-old Milwaukee woman into custody and charges are expected from the District Attorney's Office soon. The circumstances leading up to the homicide are under investigation.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office assisted with the investigation.
