FOX POINT, Wis. — A contractor has hit a gas line near Seneca and Dunwood in Fox Point, WE Energies has confirmed.
A call came into the North Shore Fire Department at noon Friday of a possible gas leak in the area.
The fire department has evacuated homes in the area as a precautionary measure.
WE Energies crews are currently on the scene and we will provide an update when the gas line is shut off.
