Milwaukee Police are investigating a hit and run accident which left woman critically injured on the city's southwest side.
The victim was hit while crossing the street near the intersection of Greenfield Avenue and Muskego Avenue around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning. The driver immediately fled the scene.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where she is being treated for serious injuries.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
