Do not approach the man described as 5 feet, 10 inches with brown hair, brown eyes and with a tattoo on his right arm of Africa with a crown on it.
The Madison man was driving a rental vehicle described as a silver 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander with Wisconsin plate ABT-7252.
