KENOSHA — When it comes to pizza, Wisconsin has the cheese part covered. Now it's the sauce and deep-dish crust that also are headed north of the border.
According to our partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal, the popular Chicago-area deep-dish pizza chain Giordano's will serve its pizza in Kenosha and Madison "soon." Although the pizzeria did not immediately return a request for comment, its website reports the restaurants will be "opening soon."
According to the building plans, Giordano's wants to open its restaurant on Green Bay Road near 75th Street at Southport Plaza. The building would be about 4,440 square feet.
As for the Madison location, details will be available soon.
