MILWAUKEE — The full list of demands that the Fire and Police Commission gave to Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales is now available.

On July 20, Morales had a meeting with the Fire and Police Commission that many thought would culminate in the firing of the chief. However, the FPC gave him 11 directives instead. Some of those are overarching changes to the police department and some the commission wants to be implemented as soon as possible.

During the meeting on July 20, those in support and against the chief protested outside of city hall.

Once it was announced the chief would keep his job, the protesters marched through Milwaukee calling for change.
