Froedtert, Medical College of Wisconsin conserve face masks amid coronavirus fears

MILWAUKEE — Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin gave a statement saying they are conserving face masks due to the COVID-19, or the coronavirus.

In the statement, Froedtert said due to the large demand, they have begun following established conservation guidelines for face masks. This is to ensure masks are available when really needed.

This news comes after four more people died from coronavirus in Washington, bringing the totaldeath toll to six.

Additionally, two people just tested "presumptively positive" in the Tampa Bay area.

Froedtert also mentioned that they are carefully monitoring information from the CDC regarding coronavirus and protocols.

The CDC said one of the best ways to prevent getting the disease is to wash your hands.
