FRANKLIN — Family and friends of Anthony Hales, a Franklin High School student who died in a car crash in June, are asking for the community to help "Pave the Way." Supporters know one of the best ways to honor Anthony is to help his family.
During the last two years, the family has had to push Anthony's brother, Kavi, who is in a wheelchair, up and down their long, gravel driveway to the bus in inclement weather. Sometimes the rain, sleet and snow would make it physically impossible to get Kavi down the driveway.
The community is rallying around the family to raise money for them to get a concrete driveway before the start of winter.
