A Franklin Walmart was evacuated Sunday morning after an indication that an explosive might have been inside.
Franklin Police received a call of a bomb threat in the Walmart located at 6701 S. 27th Street around 9:30 a.m.
The store was safely evacuated and then searched by the Franklin Police and Explosive Detection K-9s from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department and Milwaukee Police Department.
Authorities did not locate any explosive devices inside the building. The store has since reopened for business.
