Evers orders flags at half staff in honor of former Vice President Walter Mondale

Gov. Tony Evers has ordered flags at half staff in Wisconsin in honor of former Vice President Walter Mondale, who passed away this week.

The governor's office said in a statement Tuesday that the order is in accordance with the proclamationgiven by the White House.

Flags are to be flown at half staff effective immediately, and concludes at sunset on the day Mondale is put to rest.
