HARTLAND, Wis. — Harlow Millies of Hartland, WI, designed the 2019 TODAY'S TMJ4 MACC*Star. She just completed her cancer treatment and her school helped her celebrate the milestone.

With a loud clang of the school bell and an eruption of cheers, Harlow Millies signified the end of her cancer treatment.

"Emotional!" said Harlow's mom, Nora. "That was amazing you guys. That was cool."

Harlow got to ring the 105-year-old school bell at North Lake Elementary as her teachers and classmates gathered outside and cheered her on.

It was her teacher's idea to ring the bell as a symbolic gesture of the schools unending support for the fourth grader.

"Here at North Lake School we have a really strong village," cried Melissa Ruck, Harlow's teacher, "and I wanted to thank that village."

A strong show of support and best wishes for Harlow's future.

Harlow benefited from the MACC Fund at Children's Wisconsin. The organization supports research to find cures for childhood cancers and related blood disorders.
