MILWAUKEE — Children's Hospital of Wisconsin is offering free online resources to promote health and wellness among children.
The "Healthy Kids Learn More" campaign is designed to help children prosper through teaching the importance of being healthy.
Online videos and games often are used to teach children a variety of skills, but experts hope this initiative can highlight an important subject.
"Kids can do better in school and can stay more focused when they are healthy," said Clay Anton, e-learning specialist with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
Some of the topics offered online include bullying prevention, mental and emotional health, and nutrition and physical health.
"If you're a happy child, you will be a happy adult," Anton said.
