A man ran down another man with his car in a road rage incident at a Greenfield gas station.
An argument on a bust Greenfield road ended with a man thrown into the air after he was hit by the car. The man hit is O.K.
Police said it happened last month. According to court records, the suspect Paul Gayle said the victim was tailgating. They both turned into the Clark gas station.
The victim told police he pulled into the gas station and the driver of another car began “heckling” him and “yelling” at him while circling him in the gas station.
The victim said he had enough of being yelled at, so he grabbed a metal pipe from his van.
He crossed the parking lot towards the suspect. The car turned toward the victim and rammed him, flipping him into the air.
Gayle was later shown the video by police. He said he didn’t remember the incident happening.
The victim suffered a broken arm. He was not charged.
