Cougar spotted in the area again, this time near Menomonee Falls

Another cougar sighting has been confirmed in Wisconsin. This one was in Menomonee Falls and is likely the same one spotted in Brookfield.

The cougar spotted roaming the area appears to have popped up again in our area, this time in Menomonee Falls.

The Wisconsin DNR tweeted out Tuesday that photos of a big cat were captured by landowners near Menomonee Falls on Feb. 23.

The DNR believes it’s the same cougar spotted earlier this month in Brookfield.

The DNR urged residents not to approach it and keep pets inside.
