Winter parking regulations are back in Milwaukee and going into effect Tuesday.
The regulations are in place until March 1, 2021.
The city advises residents to read parking signs for winter parking instructions before parking and that no parking is allowed through highway and bus routes from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
When and if a snow emergency is declared, alternate side parking is required citywide from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
On even-numbered calendar days during a snow emergency, a car must be legally parked on the side of the street with even house numbers, and vice versa for odd-numbered days.
